This is a reminder that the due day to sign up for the Family Appreciation Day is August 10th. Please see the information and sign-up link below.

 Additionally, we are asking for volunteers to help during the day of the event.  If you are interested in volunteering during that day, please email fadteam@chsnj2000.org.  Areas that volunteers can assist include:  set-up/clean-up, serving food and leading/assisting with the games.

 CHS Family Appreciation Day:
This year’s Family Appreciation Day is scheduled for Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 10:30am to 2:30pm.  The event will be held at Reichler Park in South Brunswick Township, 540 Ridge Rd, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852 (the same place as last year).

Please sign up for the Family Appreciation Day here.  The due date for signing up for the event is August 10th, 2024.

PTA will provide sandwiches, chips etc. for lunch, only to those who have signed up. Lunch is free for enrolled students, their parents/guardians (up to two) and their non-student siblings (up to two). Any other guests (up to 6) who want lunch will be required to pay $10 per person. Please remit the fees by August 10th. Instructions on how to remit the fees will be given on the confirmation email after you sign up. 

We anticipate that this will be a fun-filled day for everyone. Students will have an opportunity to meet their teachers and their classmates in person. They can pick up their textbooks and hand in their summer homework (if finished). Other activities include button/badge making, Dim-Sum order and games such as water balloon toss, 3-legged race, tug-of-war etc. There will be prizes and plenty of give-aways.
